Standard on all Sprinter models, the new OM651 2-stage turbocharged diesel engine produces 266 lb-ft of torque, giving you ample pulling power when you need it. The 7G-TRONIC transmission's seven gears improve acceleration and make the ride smoother. The gears also create slower engine speeds, which means low fuel consumption, reduced noise, longer service life and low maintenance costs.
Your safety has always been a priority with us. That's why the New Sprinter comes standard with advanced systems such as the Load-Adaptive Electronic Stability Program (ESP®).1 Our engineers have also developed segment-leading optional safety packages with sophisticated features like Lane Keeping Assist2, Blind Spot Assist3 and COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST4. All to keep you as safe as possible.
The New Sprinter complements its numerous innovations with a redesigned exterior and interior. The new profile begins at the confident radiator grille, and continues via a smooth transition to the recontoured hood and reshaped headlamps. Interior upgrades include a new optional multifunction steering wheel, new gearshift lever and a large 5.8-inch color display. The front seats are fitted with stylish and durable upholstery that is more breathable for greater comfort. There's also a standard Audio 15 head unit that includes iPod® interface, USB connection and more.
